Merriewood Children’s Center offers morning nursery school programs for children age 2 through 5 with limited before and after nursery school care. School age programs for children attending Burton Valley School are offered before and after school. Parents may participate in their child’s program for tuition credit if they desire. Included in the yearly tuition is: Parent Education, Observing and assessing children’s skills, and working with each child’s and their parent’s unique needs.

Rainbow Three Day Class
This is a class for 2 year olds
M/W/F 9:00 to 11:30
Minimum age: 2 years by the first day of school

Rainbow Five Day Class
This is a class for 2 year olds
M-F 9:00 to 11:30
Minimum age: 2 years by the first day of school

Balloon Five Day Class
This is a class for 3 year olds
M-F 9:00 to 11:30
Minimum age: 3 years by the first day of school

Optional Before and Nursery School Care (Rainbow and Balloon programs)
We offer care as early as 8:30 am and after class until 2:15pm (children under 3 may stay until 12:30) for an hourly charge of $18.00 when scheduled on a regular basis, $24 for unscheduled hours.
There is a 5% discount for families with 2 children in our programs, 10% for 3.
The ratio of staff to nursery school children is 1:6.
